Successful recruitment campaign of HR professionals

An overview of our service delivery from a recent recruitment solution delivered by Westwood Harris Burns

 

We have been delighted to support Staffordshire County Council with their ambitious restructure of their People Strategy Department. The exclusive contract was lead by our Recruitment Operations Manager- Sara Phillips, where she has successfully appointed fourteen HR professionals into the newly re-structured People Strategy Department within an eighteen month period.

Through Sara’s excellent relationships with the hiring managers, we gained an in-depth understanding of not only the technical skills which were required, but also the cultural and organisational fit which makes a Staffordshire County Council candidate.
